I was brought in to help a Shift Technologies, fast-growing automotive marketplace rethink its online car-buying experience. The goal was to increase buyer conversion and re-engagement by redesigning the product from the ground up with modern systems thinking.
Challenge
As the company expanded its product line, leadership needed better visibility into team velocity and outcomes. Manual reporting and unstructured standups created friction between engineering and product, slowing execution.
Approach
